Thanks to Tony Simon, formerly of "94.9 Zeta" Miami for this info on WRAP.
WRAP was in "...operation from March 10, 1923 until September 7, 1923 (license expiration date), with a license deleting date of October 29, 1923...Frequency was "360 meters", which I think was the only one available at the time, and roughly equaled 833 kHz".
