Jeffrey M. "Mark" Tillery, Esquire, a Florida native, Founder and Senior Managing Partner of J. M. Tillery & Associates, P. A. and its predecessor firm J. M. Tillery & Associates, LLC, began his broadcast career in 1975 at the age of 14 as a radio announcer on 500 watt WTRS-AM 920 Dunnellon, Florida. A graduate of the University of Florida, College of Business Administration, Mark has held various positions within the radio broadcast industry including morning drive air personality; talk show host; program director; account executive; sales manager; vice-president/general manager; and station owner, having successfully "turned-around" several under performing radio stations during his career. A few of the positions and Central Florida radio stations included on Mark's resume include Program Director (1977-1981) and later General Manager (1997-1999) at WTMC-AM 1290 Ocala; Operations Manager (1981-1983) at WGGG-FM 97.7 Gainesville; on-air personality (1983-1984) and later sales (1984-1986) at WDOQ-FM 101.1 Daytona Beach-Orlando; General Manager (1986-1986) at WYFB-FM 90.5 Gainesville; General Sales Manager (1986-1987) at WAPE-FM 95.1  Jacksonville; programming (1987-1987) at WMMZ-FM 93.7 Ocala-Gainesville; Vice-President and General Manager (1987-1997) at WFEZ-FM 92.1 Williston-Gainesville; sales executive (1997-1997) at WNDT-FM 92.5 Alachua-Gainesville; General Manager (1998-1999) at WYOC-FM 104.9 High Springs-Gainesville; General Manager (2006-2006) at WIFL-FM 104.3 Crystal River; and General Manager (2009-2009) at WELE-AM 1380 Ormond Beach-Daytona Beach. Mark is the founder of Hunter-Arnette Corporation; The Florida Broadcasting News Network, Incorporated; Rahall Communications Corporation; Microdigitech Corporation; AMFM License Holdings, Incorporated; J. M. Tillery & Associates, LLC; General Media International, Incorporated; J. M. Tillery Investments, LLC; The J. M. Tillery Institute International; New York Capital Group, LLC; and is a director with the venture capital and hedge funding firm New York Capital Partners, LLC. In addition to broadcast, real estate and finance, Mark has held various civic, political and charitable offices including various local citizen advisory board memberships in his hometown of Ocala, Florida. Mark is also a past Chairman and organizer of a local Political Action Committee; a past member of the Florida State Executive Committee of a major political party and has been involved with United Way fund-raising. J. Mark Tillery currently manages J. M. Tillery & Associates, P. A. main office located in Orlando, Florida in addition to managing its New York City office. Mark travels extensively between Orlando, New York and Miami.

After 15 years as one of Ocala’s Contemporary Christian Music stations, WKSG-FM 89.5, known as Daystar Radio 89.5, has flipped formats New Year’s Day to a carefully researched and blended mix of big band, smooth jazz and select AAA (Adult Album Alternative) music now calling itself "The Boulevard"
. Nationally recognized radio consultant, and Ocala native, Mark Tillery, of J. M. Tillery & Associates, P. A., has been retained to implement the new Boulevard, heard on 89.5 FM.  "There is a major void for this type format," says Tillery, "and one word describes the new format – Class." The new Boulevard can be heard over the air at 89.5 FM and online at www.boulevardfm.com and features Don Bruce, mornings 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM followed by Gene Martin heard from 10:00 AM till Noon weekdays playing timeless big bands. At noon more contemporary and smooth jazz is blended into the mix for the rest of the day. At night Nightlife comes to life with a slighter more progressive jazz edge.
