Rick began working for Rounsaville Radio in 1967. His Central Florida radio career began as Station Manager and General Sales Manager for Rounsaville's, then Nationwide Communications WBJW-FM 105.1 from 1977 until 1996. He remained with Nationwide until 1998. Then a stint for Clear Channel from 1998 until 2001 and his return to sunny Florida. Rick goes to work for Gross Communications Corporation as Vice President/General Manager of WLOQ Radio & Gross Communications  Publishing Company dba Orlando Leisure Magazine and CEO Magazine. Rick "retired" in 2007 is in the process of searching for his next challenge, and improving his golf handicap.  Rick has been married for 43 years and has two grown children and one grandson living in Orlando.
