Colonel Danny McKnight joins Mark on December 19th during the 7 o’clock hour to honor the brave men and women who wear the uniform and to discuss the importance of investing in our military. On Tuesday, Mark’s guests include representatives from MADD, the Victims Services Center, and the FHP, who will be providing crucial information to help listeners safely navigate through the holidays and to explain what to do if someone becomes a victim of a crime. During the 8 o’clock hour, Mike Mannino explains how he's always paid his monthly mortgage, with the cancelled checks to prove it, but still lost his home last month because the mortgage company and bank claimed in court he hadn’t paid since 2007. Even though the mortgage company and bank failed to respond to six court orders to produce documented proof the mortgage hadn't been paid for the past nine years, the judge refused to allow Mike’s cancelled checks into evidence and ruled against him. Now, he’s fighting back and gaining the attention of public officials who want an explanation as to how this happened.
