Sold: WHNR 12-8-17 Ferris S. Waller, Sr.'s Walco Enterprises is purchasing WHNR-AM 1360 from Catco Communications. Purchase price of $100,000 is in escrow. WHNR has been simulcasting Catco’s WKFL-AM 1170, but WKFL is not included in the deal. In 2016 Catco purchased WHNR from the receiver for GB Enterprises Communications. |

Mark Logas Sitting In For Bud Hedinger 12-20-17 Mark Logas will be substituting for Bud Hedinger on "Good Morning Orlando" on WFLF-102.5-FM/AM540 on Thursday and Friday this week. On Thursday, Mark will interview Larry Klayman, Founder-Chairman-General Counsel of Freedom Watch, the organization that is calling for Special Counsel Robert Mueller to be removed, disbarred, and prosecuted. Also joining Mark on Thursday will be Lui Damiani, Executive Director of the Victim Service Center and Carla Biermann, Lead Victim Services Specialist with Mothers Against Drunk Drivers. On Friday, Mark remembers our Veterans who have served overseas with audio clips from World War II Christmas Eve news broadcasts and entertainment shows and will also interview Iraq War Veteran Andrew Porter. Sgt Kim Montes will stop by on Friday to share important holiday travel tips, explain what to do if you are involved or witness a hit-and-run accident, and let you know how to avoid a road rage incident. Listeners are always welcome to call in and share their opinions on the “50,000 Watt Front Porch”. |
