Mike Murillo  Biography

Mike started his radio career at age fifteen, working at WMEL-AM 920 in 1998. Mike became operations manager by age eighteen. In 2002 he hosted "Underground Radio", a weekly talk show. He also produced many of WMEL-AM 920's local talk shows. While Attending the University of Central Florida Mike Joined WDBO-AM 580 in 2004 a part time reporter, weekend news anchor and as producer of the "Andrea Shea King Show" on Sundays. After earning his degree in 2006 he became Associate Producer of "Central Florida's Morning News with Jim Turner". Mike also hosts and produces several weekend "Ask the Expert" Shows including the Nationally Syndicated "Garden Rebel" show.

Mike Murillo has left WDBO-AM 580/WDBO-FM  96.5 and is headed to New York City and the newest News Radio station, FM News 101.9 WEMP. Congratulations to Mike on his move to the number 1 market in the country! 

Jan 2013-Mike is now a News Anchor and reporter  at  IQ 106.9 FM in Philadelphia.
