Paco Returns To Orlando     2-2-23
Paco Lopez whose last stop in Orlando was
mid-day host (9AM-2PM) at WOCL-FM 105.9 for 6 years, has returned to Central Florida to join WPOZ-FM 88.3. He'll be on from 6PM-10PM.

ESPN 660 Orlando    2-9-23

JVC Broadcasting announces the flip of WDYZ-AM 660, Orlando from a simulcast of its “Florida Man Radio” talk format to sports talk as “ESPN 660 – Orlando Sports Radio.” The station is airing ESPN Radio programming including “Keyshawn, JWill & Max” and “Greeny” in late mornings. It will also air sports play-by-play and the Daytona 500 on February 19. Florida Man Radio will still be heard on translator W288CJ-FM 101.5.

Beginning Monday, WOMX-FM 105.1 former afternoon CJ Robinson officially moves back to his previous home and time slot.

Bob Hauck, one of Ocala’s most endearing, and enduring, members of the media, died Feb. 6, 2023 at the age of 83.

WROD To Change Hands      2-20-23
Miracle Media Group, owners of WROD-AM 1340/104.7 FM have agreed to sell the station to Joseph Alex Duvall’s Duvall Media Group for $350,000. DMG will operate the station under a local marketing agreement on March 1 until the deal is closed.

Musical Chairs At K92     2-15-23
“Obie & Ashley in the Morning” became "Obie and Chloe In The Morning" this week. Chloe (Nelson) takes the morning co-host chair since fill in host, Melissa Quinones has gone on maternity leave.
